And, getting the above via the internet any time of day would be even better
 
I would like to receive the product immediately
 
I would want the product to be plug and play, but have good manuals to answer questions
 
I would want to know when new products or upgrades become available
 
If something goes wrong I would like to make one call to get it fixed
 
I would want to have access to information to figure things out myself
 
Our goal is to treat customers as we want to be treated "If I Were a Customer".
