Our systems approach, bringing together excellent product, up to date engineering and trained service, assures our customers achieve the excellent performance they deserve and expect. Our customers include owners, end users, consulting engineers and contractors. Our goal is always end user satisfaction in terms of safety, performance, reliability, maintainability and both long and short term cost. This does not mean highest performance and reliability will come with lowest cost. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Implementation of the best system is often similar in cost to implementation of a much lower performing system. Hidden wasteful costs are eliminated with our systems approach. We've learned and proven time after time that manufacturers who are marketing driven have high name recognition, but generally lesser quality product designs. Companies which are stronger in engineering and product performance invariably have poor marketing capabilities. These characteristics have proven mutually exclusive in our specialty areas. Selecting the well known name is often the worst method of selection. Unfortunately it is often done, since following the pack seems safe. It is our job to weed through the hype and find the strongest performer to fulfill our customer's need. Our approach of integrating to the systems level has evolved over 20 years of experience. Our system areas are very technical in nature and are becoming ever more so. It is unrealistic for owners, broad based engineering firms and installing mechanical and electrical contractors to have up to date detailed familiarity with everything involved in the critical areas our firm works in day in and out. Companies just cannot or do not have the manpower to keep current with high level state-of-the-art expertise in specialty applications. Having such in-house is not efficient from a business standpoint. Successful implementation is best assured by out-sourcing with a firm such as ours.
